Warranty

The warranty period in Saudi Arabia for the entire Tefal Product range is 2 years.

The Tefal 2-year warranty covers domestic and private use only.

For all other uses, it is limited to the 1-year commercial warranty.

15 Years Repairability

Our products are desgined to be easily repaired, dismantled and reassembled. Spare parts will be available for 15 years. Everything is done to repair only what is strictly necessary and at the lowest cost.

How do i get my electrical product repaired while it is under warranty?

If your product was purchased from a reseller of our brand: return the product to one of our repairers closest to your home by clicking here, to benefit from our repairability commitment. Or bring it to the point of sale where you purchased it (or contact your retailer if it is a product purchased online).

How do i get my electrical product repaired while it is no longer under warranty?

Take the product to one of our authorized repairers. You can find the one closest to your home here.
