By using any promotional code or discount, you (“customer”, “you”, or “user”) agree to these T&C.

Eligibility & General Terms

Promo codes and discounts are available only for purchases made on Tefal.sa and cannot be redeemed in physical stores or on other e-commerce platforms.

Each promo code is valid for a limited period and expires on the date specified in the promotional offer.

Promo codes and discounts cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or used for past purchases.

1. The refund amount will be equal to the amount paid after discount, not the original price.

If a promo code was used for a minimum purchase requirement, and a refund reduces the total order value below the required threshold, the discount will be removed, and the refund adjusted accordingly.

4. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time.

Limitations and Exclusions
