Breaded chicken cutlets

Crispy breaded chicken cutlets, golden on the outside and tender inside.

    Ingredients

    • 100 g flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 120 g breadcrumbs
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 6 thin chicken (turkey) cutlets
    • 1.5 lemon, cut into 6
    • salt
    • pepper

    Instructions

    1. Prepare three plates for the breadcrumbs: in the first, place the flour seasoned with salt and pepper. In the second, beat the eggs. In the third, mix the breadcrumbs and garlic powder.
    2. Roll each escalope in the flour, shake off the excess, then dip it in the beaten egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumbs.
    3. Place them in the appliance fitted with the plate. Start the cooking process.
    4. Halfway through cooking, turn the escalopes over.
    5. Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon and broccoli parmesan.
