Quesadillas

Cheesy vegetable-stuffed tortillas, grilled to golden perfection.

    Ingredients

    • 1.5 red pepper
    • 1.5 green pepper
    • 1.5 onions
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 tsp Mexican spices
    • salt
    • 9 tbsp corn
    • 180 g grated cheddar cheese
    • 6 small tortillas

    Instructions

    1. Finely dice the peppers and onions. In a recipient, mix them with the olive oil, Mexican spices and salt.
    2. Put them in the appliance after removing the plate. Start the cooking process.
    3. Stir halfway through cooking.
    4. Remove the vegetables and set aside in a recipient. Add the corn and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
    5. Lay a tortilla flat on a plate. Place a little of the vegetable mixture on one half of the tortilla. Fold the other half over the vegetables to form a turnover.
    6. Place half the quesadillas in the appliance fitted with the plate.
    7. Start the cooking process.
    8. Make a second batch with the remaining quesadillas.
    9. Enjoy.
