Chicken nuggets

    Ingredients

    • 4 chicken fillets
    • 2 eggs
    • 60 g flour
    • 140 g breadcrumbs
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt
    • pepper

    Instructions

    1. Remove any sinew or excess fat from the chicken fillets. Cut them into slices approximately 1-2 cm thick, then season with salt and pepper.
    2. Prepare three plates for breading: in the first one, place the flour seasoned with salt and pepper. In the second, beat the egg. In the third, spread out the breadcrumbs.
    3. Coat each piece of chicken by first rolling it in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dipping it into the beaten egg, and finally coating it thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
    4. Place the nuggets in the appliance fitted with the plate, ensuring they are not overlapping. Drizzle them with a little olive oil. Start the cooking process.
