Sweet and sour prawns

    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp neutral oil
    • 60 g breadcrumbs
    • 8 raw peeled prawns tails
    • 50 g sweet and sour sauce
    • salt
    • pepper

    Instructions

    1. Prepare three plates for the breadcrumbs: in the first, place the flour seasoned with salt and pepper. In the second, beat the eggs with the oil. Place the breadcrumbs in the third plate.
    2. Pass the prawns one by one through the flour, then through the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Dip them a second time in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Place the prawns in the appliance, fitted with the plate, without overlapping them. Start the cooking process.
    3. Serve as an aperitif with the sweet and sour sauce.
