Vegan grilled portobello mushroom burger

    Ingredients

    • 2 small portobello mushrooms
    • 2 tbsp pesto
    • 2 vegan burger buns
    • 1 avocado
    • 0.5 tomato
    • 0.5 red onion
    • 2 slices vegan cheese
    • lettuce leaves
    • salt
    • pepper

    Instructions

    1. Wash the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Place the mushrooms in the appliance fitted with the plate, without stacking them on top of each other. Start the cooking process.
    3. When it's ready, pour half the pesto over the mushrooms.
    4. Serve the mushrooms immediately in the burger buns with avocado, a few slices of tomato, red onions, vegan cheese, lettuce leaves and the remaining pesto.
    5. Serve with sweet potato fries.
