White pizza with ricotta cheese and broccoli

Creamy ricotta pizza topped with broccoli and mozzarella.

    Ingredients

    • 50 g broccoli
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 pinch fine salt
    • 40 g ricotta cheese
    • 7 g double cream
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 0.5 thick pizza dough
    • 0.25 ball buffalo mozzarella
    • 0.5 tbsp Italian spices
    • 7 g grated Parmesan cheese
    • basil leaves
    • salt
    • pepper

    Instructions

    1. Remove the broccoli florets. Cut into small florets. Place in a pan of boiling salted water for 2 mins, then in ice-cold water. Drain carefully. In a recipient, season with olive oil and fine salt. Set aside.
    2. In a small recipient, mix the ricotta and the double cream. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Oil the plate and spread the pizza dough over it.
    4. Spread the ricotta over the dough in an even layer, leaving a small border. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Arrange them on the pizza. Season very lightly with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the Italian spices. Sprinkle the broccoli florets over the pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    5. Start the cooking process.
    6. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
    7. Serve with a fresh salad.
